( CONVERSATION ON THE TELEPHONE )
Receptionist    : Good morning Mrs, welcome to Margonda Hotel. My name is  Fira as your receptionist, is there something that I can help with?
Guest 1            : Good morning. I want to book a room for today. Do you have any for that?
Receptionist    : What time you will be arrived at Margonda Hotel?
Guest 1            : I will be arrived around 2 pm today.
Receptionist    : How long you will be stay in our Hotel?
Guest 1            : Its exactly two nights stay.
Receptionist    : How many person that you reserved?
Guest 1            : I will be stay in there with my friend so there will be two persons in a room.
Receptionist    : Alright. The room’s price is $500 USD for s night stay, to whom it may concern?
Guest 1            : On behalf Ms.Nadina.
Receptionist    : Dear Ms Nadina, do you have any number to contacted?
Guest 1            : Yes. The number is 087878881234
Receptionist    : Alright Ms. Nadina. I need your credit card information to proceed your payment. What kind of the card do you have?
Guest 1            : I will pay with cash instead of credit card.
Receptionist    : Alright. Your booking reservation has been proceed in our system. You can check in to our hotel start from 2pm.. Do not feel hesitate to contact us if you have something to asked. Good morning.
Guest 1            : Yes I will. Thank you and good morning Ms.

( CONVERSTATION IN MARGONDA HOTEL )
Receptionist    : Good afternoon, do you need any help from me?
Guest 2            : Good afternoon. I want to check in to my room That My friend has ordered by phone this morning  on behalf Nadina. Unfortunately my friend is trapped in long traffic jam so I arrived first in here.
Receptionist    : Alright Ms, you can fill the administration first before get to your room.
Guest 2            : I have done it
Receptionist    : Alright, thank you. This is your access card to your room. There will a bell boy that will accompany you to your room.
Guest 2            : Thank you.
Receptionist    : My Pleasure, Ms.

 ( ON THE WAY TO THE ROOM )
Bell Girl          :  Excuse me Ms, do you need any help to bring your luggage?
Guest 2            : Sure, thank you.
Bell Girl          : With my pleasure. Where is the floor of your room?
Guest 2            : Its on 5th floor with room nunber 656.
Bell Girl          : Do you stay here alone?
Guest 2            : No I am not. I will be stay here with my friend but she is still on the way to here.
Bell Girl          : Alright Ms, we have arrived in your room. If you need any help you can call the receptionist with the telephone on the room. Have a good rest and enjoy your stay in here.
Guest 2            : Will do, thank you for offering.

( CALLING NADINA )
Guest 2            : Hello Nadin, where are you?
Guest 1            : Hi Rani, I just arrived at the Hotel. Where is the room?
Guest 2            : Its on 5th floor number 656.
Guest 1            : Im on my way to there, wait me !!

( IN THE ROOM )
Guest 1            : (Knocked the door) tok tok tok !!!
Guest 2            : Wait a minute Nadin.
Guest 1            : Hi Rani, why are you looking afraid?
Guest 2            : I found a bat behind the curtain.
Guest 1            : Let me checked it. Woaah, you are right there is a big bat behind the curtain. I cant believe this hotel didn’t pay attention due to their services that caused us not comfort. We have to complain to this hotel, we don’t deserve this.
Guest 2            : Sure Nadina.

( CALLING BELL GIRL )
Bell Girl          : Good afternoon Ms, do you need any help?
Guest 2            : Good afternoon. Can I asked for a new room? There is s bat in our room and it caused us uncomfortable to stay there !!
Bell Girl          : Okay I will asked the cleaning service to clean up your toom. If you still want to to change the room, you can complain for that in receptionist desk.
Guest 2            : Alright, thank you.

( AT THE RECEPTION DESK )
Receptionist    : Good afternoon, do you need any help?
Guest 1            : I want to meet your manager, I want to complaint about my uncomfortable during stay in here !!
Receptionist    : Im sorry to hear that. Wait a minute, I will call our manager.

( CALLING MANAGER )
Receptionist    : Good afternoon, there is a customer that want to meet you in receptionist. Do you mind to come to here?
Manager          : Alright, I will be there soon after this.
Receptionist    : Thank you Mrs.



( AT THE RECEPTION DESK )
Manager          : Good afternoon Ms. I have heard about your  inconvenience during stay in here. Is there any trouble that you get?
Guest 2            : Of course yes. We want to complain about our room. We found a bat in there !!
Manager          : Is there any stain in your bed?
Guest 2            : No no, I mean bat for animal. There is a bat in the curtain, im not talking about bed for sleep.
Manager          : Im sorry to hear that and due to my miss-perception.
Guest 1            : Can we move to another toom?
Manager          : Of course yes. As our apology we will give you a deluxe room with the best facility this hotel have. This is the access card to your room. Its on 6th floor number 767.
Guest 1            : How about the cost?
Manager          : Due to this problem that caused inconvenience to you, you will get the room for free and we will return all of your money when you check out from here.
Guest 1            : Thank you so much for your responsibility.
Manager          : Sure, thank you for your patience. We hope you could enjoy during your stay in here. Let us know if you need something to be assisted.
